Shep Cure & Tilt Plus WB is a long chain chemically reactive bondbreaker for tilt-up construction. Shep Cure & Tilt Plus WB is free of silicones, resins and waxes. Panels will lift clean and free of resin staining. Organic compounds in Shep Cure & Tilt Plus WB react with the free limes in the concrete, producing gels that form a water impermeable barrier. The water impermeable barrier restricts mix water (needed for hydration) from being sucked into the casting slab.

The resulting downside surface of the panel will be stronger and have a more uniform appearance. Shep Cure & Tilt Plus WB will not interfere with bondability of paints and coatings designed for exterior concrete when applied according to their manufacturer’s instructions. Shep Cure & Tilt Plus WB prevents bonding of masonry and concrete droppings from overhead pour areas.
