CMC Minimill Celebrates Anniversary

This year celebrates 60 years of steelmaking at CMC’s flagship minimill, CMC Steel Texas, located in Seguin, Texas. Founded in 1947, CMC Steel Texas is a world-class facility not only in terms of its technology, equipment and low-cost steel production, but also in terms of its employees who produce quality products, provide exceptional service and practice the tradition of always doing what is right.
